Complete an online sign-up via iPad or tablet, straight from Storman Cloud.

Storman Move-ins is a great way for your storage facility to offer an end-to-end online move-in process – saving yourself time, maximising your conversion rates, and ultimately making you more money. When you sign up to use Storman Move-Ins, you get access to three ways to sign your customers up online – letting you choose the ways that work for you!  You can learn about Storman Move-ins here.

If your storage facility uses Storman Move-ins to sign customers up from home, or in store via an iPad or tablet, we’ve got a new shortcut that we think you’ll like!

This was specially made for facility staff that may use Storman Cloud on an iPad or tablet, and do not want to have to send the signup at home email to themselves to give to a customer when they arrive.

Now, under the actions menu of a reservation, simply click the new Signup right now button.

Storman will display a pop-up message, asking if you’d like to continue to Storman Move-ins.

After clicking yes to this message, hand over the tablet to your customer and allow them to finish their signup!

That’s it – all sorted!
