What is Support?
Storman’s technical support provides you with:
- Technical phone and email support.
- Access to our comprehensive online knowledgebase.
- Access to the latest Storman product releases.
- Daily & weekly database check-ups (for our hosted customers).
- Access to free Storman Power Sessions – our training webcasts.
- If your Support & Updates Subscription expires, access to the support portal and any online services such as Online Payments, Online Reservations, etc will cease automatically. Please ensure you make any renewal payments by the due date to retain access.
- If you subscribe to our software and let your payments lapse, it could stop working.
- Support from Storman is limited to our services – we are unable to offer assistance with other linked systems such as accounting, antivirus, operating systems, etc.
