What is Support?

Storman’s technical support provides you with:

  • Technical online chat, phone and email support.
  • Access to our comprehensive online knowledgebase.
  • Access to the latest Storman product releases.
  • Daily & weekly database check-ups (for our hosted customers).
  • Access to free Storman Power Sessions – our training webcasts.

Important notes

  • If your Support & Updates Subscription expires, access to the support portal and any online services such as Online Payments, Online Reservations, etc will cease automatically.  Please ensure you make any renewal payments by the due date to retain access.
  • If you subscribe to our software and let your payments lapse, it could stop working.
  • Support from Storman is limited to our services – we are unable to offer assistance with other linked systems such as accounting, antivirus, operating systems, etc.

You’ll notice a grey ‘help’ icon on the bottom left of your screen when using Storman Cloud. From here, you can choose to chat to us for a quick query, or go straight to our Knowledge Base where you will be given suggestions on articles you can read, based on the pages and screens you are on throughout Storman Cloud.

You can reach our United Kingdom support team directly by phoning +44 (0)1473 875014, between the hours of 8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday! Alternatively, you can also reach our staff by emailing supportuk@storman.com.

Please note that our offices are closed on public holidays, however we will respond to all enquiries upon our return.
